What do you need to know about the database?

The free database allows you to search for companies that are part of the MSCI All Country World Index (ACWI). The publicly available MSCI ESG Ratings & Climate Search Tool Database search tool allows you to search thousands of companies that are part of the MSCI All Country World Index (ACWI). The database provides ESG information about a company, such as the ESG and climate risks that a company faces, including implied climate risks and opportunities, ESG ratings, decarbonization targets, ESG contrasts, and SDG alignment. Searching the database is simple: just enter the company name or ticker.

What data are included in the database?

Data and information about the company are grouped around the following questions:

1. What is the company’s commitment to reduce its carbon emissions?
2. Would the company’s emissions goals be enough to help keep global warming to 1.5°C?

6. Is the company aligned with any of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, such as those tackling hunger, inequality, pollution, and climate change?

After entering the company name or ticker in the search box, the following information is available:
