What Do You Need to Know About the Database?

BODACC is a free and publicly available database containing data related to companies in France. It is the official gazette for the publication of documents registered in the Companies Register, covering company creation, cancellation, sales and transfers, insolvency proceedings, and the filing of accounts. Publication in BODACC is managed by the Legal and Administrative Information Office (Direction de l'information légale et administrative - DILA). Source: e-justice.europe.eu.
