What do you need to know about the database?

SEDAR+ is an online platform managed by the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) that provides access to financial information and documents of public companies in Canada. It offers users access to a wide range of documents, including financial statements, management discussion and analysis, and other regulatory filings. SEDAR+ aims to improve the user experience with enhanced search functionalities, a modern interface, and comprehensive document support for various Canadian securities regulators.

What data are included in the database?

The simplest way to search the database is to enter a keyword in the Document Content Search box. Results include:

1. Profile(s)
2. Document name
3. Submitted date
4. Principal jurisdiction
5. File size
6. Actions (e.g., download in PDF format)

Click on a document name to download it in PDF format. Export your results by pressing the Export button. Clicking on a company profile provides detailed company information.

Company Details

1. Profile details (legal company name, head office address, email, etc.)
2. Company identification (LEI)
3. Reporting issuer details (jurisdictions, short form prospectus eligibility)
4. Formation details (date of formation, CEO, CFO)
5. Financial year-end
6. Size and industry classification
